A week in review, and nation renewed

Jim Webb and Mark Warner
So this week was just crazy, between Jim Webb coming to our campus the day before election day, to the two day contested result. I truly was on edge for the whole ordeal. I really don’t know what might change but I’m optimistic. I overheard in Carytown today that all of the Republican lobbyist have to go home now because they all don’t have jobs now. If that’s true that sucks, seems like it wouldn’t be that hard to change sides to keep your job. So the democrats own the house on the hill.
Also there’s a lot going on in the world of media. The Wii and the Playstation 3 were released to reviewers this week. I really don’t know what to say except I want all of them. just kidding. Techcrunch is reporting that Amazon.com will be selling Xbox 360’s for $100. I think that if I got one I would never pass Spring semester, so I’m going to pass. Instead after Thanksgiving break I’m bringing my ps2 to school and playing the games I have for that.
Well that’s about it. I hope everything is going great with you. I just heard a theory my a member of UK parliament that the US held the judgment of Saddam Hussein to just before the elections to boost republican support, well that back fired.
